Johnny the Mess a.k.a. #9

In a stroke of boldness, I accomplished #9.  I found a loophole to this particular bucket list item - I didn't specify that it needed to be somebody that I actually wanted to meet and actually talk to at a later date, it just had to be done.  And any way you look at it, it required courage and confidence.  So, Johnny the Mess, as I so named him immediately after meeting him while I was holding back my dear friend's hair as she barfed on the curb, became my #9.  He wasn't particularly cute, nor was he all that interesting, but while he waited for his ride, we chatted and he thought I was cute, so an opening was given.  As soon as his ride took him away, I made contact with the provided number, and then proceeded to ignore all future correspondence from him.  What matters is that I did it and who doesn't love a little confidence booster?
